8 miles


Well, I have walked 8 miles within 24 hours. I am feeling good! I am beginning to feel a little sore( I think) I can feel the burning calories. My plans are to walk everyday during the week and take the weekends off. I enjoy walking(fast) when you have someone to walk with makes a difference. I am also starting to snack on Protein bars. I do wake up hungry so far, which is good for me to eat something before I walk out the door. We are all good so far!


What will I tackle next on my big agenda? Dating life! Keep your ears open, who knows tomorrow I might be informing you of a lovely lady. HA!
